We went to the Christmas carol concert, wonderful atmosphere, singing and music. A tremendous building, with goof facilities such as a shop and toilets. Well worth a visit.

Amazing building. Make sure you visit the cloisters and look up at the incredible carvings on the vaulted roof. You should also look out for the carvings on the seats of the choir stalls and the stained glass in the north transept. A beautiful, light and bright cathedral with plenty to feast your eyes on. Staff are very friendly. There is no entrance fee, but please try and make a voluntary contribution on your way out: it is a very special place.
